Welcome to the business terms of Club 500 Real Estate Network, LLC (doing business as Club 500 Wealth Network, LLC, collectively "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your communications and business interactions with us, including the use of our text messaging services, phone services (via VOIP), and transaction facilitation systems.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By communicating with us via voice calls, text messages, or email, or by utilizing our loan and real estate communication services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not initiate or consent to these channels of communication.

2. VOICE AND TEXT COMMUNICATION (SMS/MMS)

Our VOIP communication systems enable us and our employees to call and text clients, prospects, and professional third parties (e.g., title companies, insurance agents) to discuss loans and real estate transactions.

* Consent: By providing your phone number, you authorize the Company to send transactional text messages and make business calls to your designated number.

* Opt-Out: You can cancel the text messaging service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless re-initiated.

* Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or contact us directly.

* Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your ongoing loan activity or transaction status.

3. THIRD-PARTY INTERACTIONS

To assist you efficiently, our employees interact directly with third parties, including but not limited to title companies, escrow officers, insurance agents, and loan underwriting teams. While we endeavor to collaborate only with reputable professionals, the Company is not responsible for the independent practices, omissions, or terms of service belonging to those independent third-party companies.

4. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use our communication lines to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of any party.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Club 500 Real Estate Network, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, our communication systems, including but not limited to delays or failures in text message delivery, network outages, or third-party performance.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which our primary business operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted to our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
